Region 2 AAU National Team Member Makes U.S. Junior
National Team.
Christina
Johnson, an AAU National Team Member and Region 2 Competitor / Member,
took the Gold medal in the light middleweight division at USAT Junior
Nationals in San Antonio, Texas on Friday, June 24, 2005, earning
a spot on the U.S. Junior National Team.
Christina will represent the United States at the Junior Pan Am
Championships in Aruba October 5-7. The U.S. Team will be coached
by Jean and Steven Lopez. Christina trains at World Taekwondo Masters
in Rockville, Md under the direction of Masters Rami Latchinian
and Stephen Dring.
